How to Heal Your Soul & Purify Your Heart

I have been reflecting on how the process of healing your soul works. You, the spiritual being, made in the image of God, are far more powerful than you realize. Feelings are powerful. Words are powerful. And we are never taught how to harness our own power for our highest good.

Our thoughts, beliefs and feelings are distorted by a system that seeks to enslave us by controlling our inner world. If we are constantly in fight-flight or freeze, then we don't have access to our inner knowing, intuition and free will.

How do we break free? By healing the past and coming home to our real self. Not by dark, occult practices to get what we desire in this world. Instead, we purify our heart and healing our soul. With gratitude, humility and by the grace of God.

My current understanding (and it may change in conversation with you) is the following and based on my being an Orthodox Christian.

Your Amazing Miraculous Body

99% of the universe is plasma, not the mysterious "dark matter" we have been told. This means that physical matter is rare - and comprises less than 1% of the universe.

Men and Women are designed in the image of God. As such we have both a BODY and a SOUL.

Given that 99% of the universe is plasma, are you, the spiritual being, 99% plasma? If so, it is likely that your physical, material body (the 1% of you) exists WITHIN your plasma body.

The BODY is the temple for your SOUL. Remember that Christ was God-Man — both God and Man. He incarnated into a human body. Your body is important. It is your temple. (Orthodox Christians understand that there will be a bodily resurrection, not merely a spiritual one. What this looks like is beyond human imagination or understanding.)

Physical bodies are rare. My father, a retired Gastroenterologist tells me that, of course God designed our bodies. They are far too complex to have evolved from anything. I view my body as a miracle from God. (Perhaps that's one reason why insane Godless technocrats are always trying to hack our bodies and implant computer chips into them.)

The Three Powers of Your Soul

Your SOUL is comprised of three parts:

• Mind: Intellect/Reason - can envision different scenarios and possibilities, analyses situations, includes your intuition and imagination.
  
  You can harness the power of your imagination to automatically create images of whatever you have your attention on. It is this power of attention and image creation that is constantly being hijacked by entertainment and the media.
  
• Free Will: dreams, makes decisions, takes action. You are constantly using your free will, even if you are deciding not to take any action or to watch your game of life from the sidelines. My continual prayer is to God to let His will be my will.
  
• Heart (Secret Inner Heart, not just the organ): this is the seat of your soul, where you can access your inner knowing, intuition and commune with God and the living saints. It is by connecting your powers of reason with your heart that you make wise choices. We live in a materialistic, hyper-intellectual world that denies this power.

These powers work together and cannot necessarily be separated because they do not exist in the material world.

The Fallen World

We live in a fallen world where the evil one is constantly trying to claim your soul by leading you off the path of righteousness and virtue.

The indoctrination and programming that you get via schooling, entertainment, media, etc. is designed to make you think that you are just a meat sack carrying around a brain. That is why the science and history we are fed repetitively is fake. The big bang theory, the theory of evolution, dinosaurs, virology, imaginary numbers, euclidian geometry are all man-made fictions. The science we are taught part of a fictional narrative that props up an agenda of fraud, exploitation, genocide, and enslavement.

Every institution and corporation seems to be running on a business model of fraud. Even when you wake up to the insanity, there are still traps abounding trying to keep you hooked in the matrix either physically, emotionally or spiritually. Entertainment is aimed at convincing you that vice is virtue.

Virtue & Vice

Our natural state is living a virtuous life. Passions are the distortion of virtue in this fallen world. Passions are unnatural, yet they are very tempting. Especially when we haven't done the work to purify our inner hearts.

Our body can get addicted to things in the 3D world. We then get chained to the matrix of the fallen angels. This can be entertainment, lust, porn, alcohol, drugs, shopping, working, busyness, social media, and most importantly negative thoughts and emotions AND the accompanying hormones that get triggered.

Passions are EMOTIONAL LANDMINES that have been implanted or overlaid onto our natural perfect being. They hijack our free will. Our free will can be held captive by passions - which are habitual energetic patterns of feelings, thoughts, behaviors, beliefs, and habits.

These passions/emotional landmines can be called unnatural, unconscious habits of being (HOBs) when they become habitual.

Unresolved Trauma Opens to Door

Unresolved trauma and emotionally charged past events unbalance you and can make you reactive in ways that make situations worse. You tend to indulge in passions to numb the unwanted emotions that were unconsciously resisted in a traumatic event.

When an energetic landmine gets triggered, your choices are reduced in the moment to the automatic pattern that has been installed in you like an emotional virus.

Because of this energetic patterning, you may not be fully aware of your actions and behaviors — you’re on a kind of autopilot.

These energetic patterns are below our conscious awareness and are the source of negative thoughts and feelings about ourself, others, and our lives. These emotional and mental patterns are self-sustaining until they are released.

We can also be attacked by demonic entities that have access to our unique passions and they try to stoke them. Think of temptations as an ember that can be turned into a raging wildfire of passions.

Applied Somatic Intelligence

The healing procedures I guide you through locate the emotional landmines buried in your system. We quickly, effectively and permanently neutralize them without you doing any self-disclosure or re-living a trauma or upsetting event.

The goals of healing the soul are:

To neutralize the resisted emotions and purify the heart so that you respond to life and all of its challenges in a calm, wise way that resolves or improves the situation. Neutral = Dispassionate.

To allow you to only focus on things that inspire and uplift you and then choose to take actions to make the world a better place in service to others.

The bigger goal is that when you conquer the passions and purify your inner heart, you can experience union with God, the one true God.

Neutralizing Energetic Landmines

We work with your imagination and its ability to make images of what you have your attention on. Remember, it is the real you, the plasma being who is looking at images with your eyes closed.

To eliminate negative energy patterns, I will ask you to re-experience the negative emotions of a trauma or upsetting event with your eyes closed. Then your imagination automatically makes an image to represent those feelings. As the image grows, it captures all of the energy that has been trapped. As the image shrinks and then disappears, the energy is transmuted from negative to positive and is returned to your plasma body.

Purifying the Souls

Once your soul is healed from past trauma and emotional distress, it is important to guard your mind and free will.

Flick the negative emotions and thoughts that the demonic entities attack you with like annoying fleas. Remain in a state of discernment and dispassion. If you cannot do this, reach out to me and I will guide you through it. Sometimes it just takes a bit of practice.

Through purification of the soul, we gain real knowledge of our true self.

You cannot come to self-knowledge through self-analysis or psychoanalysis. You must guard your soul, purify it, and return it to your spiritual heart through penitence, noetic prayer and keeping Christ’s commandments.

Overview of the Passions

The passions are a corruption of the virtues in this fallen world.

As you begin the work of healing your soul, your unique passions will be revealed. Passions are sins that are repeatedly frequently enough that they become habits. Illumined by the Holy Spirit and empowered by Christ, you can wage war against the passions.

Demons attack us through our thoughts and feelings. There are demons of:

• Pride - lack of humility
• Greed - too great a desire for money or worldly goods
• Lust - impure, sinful, and unworthy desires
• Anger - unrighteous irritation, wrath and lack of self-control. The only righteous anger is toward the evil one and his army
• Gluttony - the habit of eating or drinking too much
• Envy - jealous of some other person’s happiness
• Sloth - a disposition of laziness, which can include despair, discouragement or depression that keeps us from our duty to God and mankind
• Acedia - restlessness, dissatisfaction, vague feeling of unwellness, sadness for no apparent reason, loss of interest in spiritual things, social media addiction, inability to be alone without distractions, frequent relocations in search of happiness elsewhere

The work is to transmute the vices into virtues, not just to remove the vices. You don't want any empty places in your soul - you want it filled with virtues.

When an unclean spirit goes out of a man, he goes through dry places, seeking rest, and finds none. Then he says, ‘I will return to my house from which I came.’ And when he comes, he finds it empty, swept, and put in order. Then he goes and takes with him seven other spirits more wicked than himself, and they enter and dwell there; and the last state of that man is worse than the first. So shall it also be with this wicked generation. [Matthew 12:43-45, NKJV]

It is a lifelong journey in this fallen world where we are constantly surrounded by temptations. So, remember to give yourself some grace, know that God loves you, and repent as quickly and fully as you are able.

1. Humility
2. Generosity
3. Chastity
4. Patience
5. Temperance
6. Kindness
7. Diligence or Fortitude

The Spiritual Virtues are Faith, Hope & Love. I pray to God every day to strengthen my faith, hope and love. To let His will be my will. To desire to do only that which he desires me to do.

Aids to Repentance

• Noetic Prayer - this is praying with full attention and intention out loud so that you can hear it yourself.
• Fasting - I follow the Orthodox Church of America fasting calendar as best I can. And my priest reminds me that if you are doing it perfectly, you have fallen into the sin of pride.
• Performance of spiritual and physical works of mercy - yes, indeed love thy neighbor as thyself.
